If you made an error when placing your order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a revision.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 5-7 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Mushie. Import duties and VAT charges may apply for international deliveries and are not included in your order’s total. Mushie assumes no responsibility for import duties or customs charges.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
